In accordance with order so received from the end of the Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, P&RD Department vide no. 1212/PN/O/I/1A-07/2016, Dated:- 24/2/2023, the undersigned on behalf of South 24 Parganas Zilla Parishad, is hereby notifying that applications in plain paper are invited for engagement of Hearing Officer for disposal of complaints in building permission cases where new structure or building or any addition to existing structure or building is erected or made in rural areas (for which South 24 Parganas Zilla Parishad is the permission granting authority) in contravention of the provision of sub section (6) of Section 160A of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973, as amended up to date.
